As I posted earlier, here is the list of the candidates who have announced or has expressed an interest in running for Governor of Minnesota. I will update this post as new names come forward.
UPDATE: Carol Malnou, Pawlenty's Lt. Gov, is considering a run but is not listed.

New Laws 2009
August 1st is the annual start of new laws passed during the previous legislative session. This is a link to the new laws taking effect 8/1/09.

Since I officially moved back to MN, we've changed our focus to MN politics. Probably a bit more intersting to say the least.
For one, there is going to be a massive bid for the MN Governorship. At last count, there are 600 Democrats and roughly 300 Republicans; I think everyone and their mother is running. Ok, all joking aside there is a long list on both sides. In a future post I'll list the Dems and Republicans running.
